Together, Ben and Joanna cover capabilities that would normally need a full team, without a junior layer, without overhead and without the process drag of a large firm.
They have worked together for more than 16 years, building The Chef's Deli and three restaurants side by side, so their skills complement each other and they operate as one when a situation calls for it. A PE-backed food or logistics business in transformation might engage Ben on commercial recovery and organisational change while Joanna runs supply chain restructuring and food safety in parallel. A food manufacturer entering the GCC might need Ben's market entry and commercial model alongside Joanna's regulatory navigation and supplier qualification. Two senior operators, one engagement, a combined rate that stays a fraction of two permanent hires.
Both are genuinely multi-functional. They do not need a handover period to become useful. They arrive, engage across functions and levels, build trust quickly, and contribute from the first week.

A large team with junior sub-layers, a staffing or recruitment firm, or a Dubai-only practice. We work across the GCC, UK, Europe, Southeast Asia and Africa.
